When a page is viewed, our website may record the page path, approximate country, region and city inferred by the hosting network, device category, browser category and the referring website domain. For visits arriving directly or from another website, the entry page and source may also be counted together. These fields are stored as daily aggregate counts.
Our analytics system does not save full IP addresses, does not set analytics cookies and does not create a long-lived visitor identifier. It therefore reports page views rather than claiming an exact number of unique people.
Analytics collection is skipped when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Approximate location can be unavailable or inaccurate because it is inferred from the network connection.
If you use our website chat, we store the name and contact details you enter, your messages, our replies, the page you contacted us from and an approximate country supplied by the hosting network. A secure session cookie reconnects your browser to the conversation for up to 30 days. We do not store your full IP address for chat.
If you contact us by website chat, email or WhatsApp, we use the information you provide to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, develop samples and manage a potential or existing manufacturing relationship.
