Introduce your business and target market
Start with your company name, website or sales channel, destination country and target customer. State whether you are a brand, boutique, wholesaler, distributor or sourcing company and identify the person responsible for product and commercial approvals.
The destination market helps the factory discuss suitable labeling, packing and delivery preparation. The buyer or importer should still confirm the legal and compliance requirements that apply to the finished goods.
- Company and contact name
- Website or primary sales channel
- Destination country or region
- Target customer and price position
Identify every style to be quoted
List the factory style number, your own reference number or a clearly named design for each item. Attach front and back images, technical drawings or a current tech pack, and explain which visible details are fixed and which may be adapted.
Describe the product category and intended use, such as evening gown, prom dress, mother-of-the-bride style, bridal gown or cocktail dress. This gives the quotation context beyond a single photograph.
- Style number or design reference
- Product category
- Front and back views
- Required construction and customization
Define fabric, color and embellishment
State the preferred outer fabric, lining, internal support and any lace, appliqué, embroidery, beading or sequins. When the exact material is open, describe the required appearance, hand feel, weight or price direction and ask the factory to identify the proposed alternative.
List each requested color separately and note how it will be approved. Physical swatches or recognized color references are more dependable than screen colors when an exact match is important.
- Shell and lining direction
- Corsetry or support requirements
- Embellishment coverage and placement
- Color names and approval method
Enter the quantity and four-size ratio
Harmony Gowns’ standard minimum is 30 pieces per color, distributed across four sizes. Enter one whole-number quantity for each of the four agreed sizes and verify that the total reaches at least 30 for every color.
Show the complete assortment by style, color and size rather than giving only a combined order total. If you are considering alternative quantities, label each scenario clearly so the quotation does not mix different assumptions.
- Quantity for each style and color
- Exactly four agreed sizes per color
- Whole-number size breakdown totaling at least 30
- Expected repeat-order or test-order context
Specify labels, packaging and delivery scope
List the brand label, size label, care and fiber label, hangtag, individual packaging and carton requirements that should be included. Attach approved artwork when available and identify any item that should be priced separately.
Give the destination, preferred delivery responsibility and required in-market date. Ask the factory to separate sample time, approval time, production lead time and transport assumptions so the schedule can be evaluated realistically.
- Private-label components
- Individual and carton packing
- Delivery destination and requested term
- Required in-market date
