Sample the highest-risk decisions first
Prioritize styles with new corsetry, complex decoration, unfamiliar materials or a fit that is central to the look. Early sampling creates time to resolve the parts most likely to affect approval.
When reviewing several samples, use the same model measurements and comment format. This makes comparisons more reliable across the range.
Confirm order details as one package
Before production, align style numbers, approved colors, size breakdowns, labels, packing and delivery responsibilities. Check that any sample changes are reflected in the final production information.
